3.1 Digital Content Refunds

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are non-refundable once:

3.2 Subscription Refunds

4. Tips, Credits, and One-Time Purchases

Tips, tokens, credits, and similar one-time purchases are not refundable once delivered to a creator or used on the Platform.
One-time content unlocks or pay-per-view access are not refundable after viewing or access.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Suspension or termination of the user’s account,
Loss of access to purchased content,
Collection and/or legal action if fraud is suspected.
